Role Overview We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing Project Manager to keep our growing marketing operation running like clockwork. You’ll be the central hub connecting our creative, acquisition, social, customer service, and software engineerings teams—ensuring projects stay on track, stakeholders stay aligned, and our best work gets out the door efficiently and effectively. This is an on-site position at our headquarters in Bluffdale, UT. What You’ll Do Own the day-to-day management of all marketing and software engineering projects—from kickoff to delivery Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task assignments across creative, paid acquisition, organic/social, customer experience, and web teams Lead cross-functional standups, reviews, and retrospectives to keep everyone aligned and accountable Work closely with team leads to anticipate roadblocks, manage bandwidth, and proactively resolve conflicts Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and contractors as needed Ensure brand consistency and quality standards are upheld across all marketing outputs Create systems and documentation that scale with our growing team What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or agency setting Proven ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects across different departments simultaneously Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or equivalent Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working with both creatives and technical teams (you don’t need to code, but you should know how to talk to developers) Familiarity with marketing and content workflows (bonus if you’ve worked in e-commerce or DTC) A bias for action and a love of bringing order to chaos Bonus Points For PMP or similar certification Experience working in a high-growth startup environment Familiarity with tools like Figma, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Klaviyo
