YOUR MISSION:

We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Marketing Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop comprehensive project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. Your ability to manage multiple projects, assess performance, and drive continuous improvement will be essential in achieving our marketing objectives.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Evaluate project viability, value, efficacy measurement, and reporting criteria.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and expectations, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while fostering effective relationships.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting all deadlines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop marketing assets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to ensure projects remain on track.
  • Track project expenses and resources to stay within approved budgets and resource allocations.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to measure success and identify improvement areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to optimize project management processes and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and implement business improvement opportunities in project management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop, implement, and review strategic planning and relevant objectives.
  • Contribute to the implementation of processes and procedures that align with the strategic plan.

THIS ROLE MIGHT BE RIGHT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, marketing, or a related field
  • A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital campaigns, and creative development processes
  • Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Basecamp, Jira, Confluence or similar)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and other social media management platforms
  • Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other social platforms for marketing initiatives
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset
