This is an exciting opportunity to influence brand strategies and enhance customer engagement while working remotely. \n Accountabilities Serve as the primary coordination point across Marketing, Product Development, Creative, Digital, and eCommerce teams to ensure alignment and predictable delivery. Facilitate project kickoffs, weekly check-ins, and milestone reviews to keep partners informed and projects moving forward. Manage workflows for social content, sales enablement materials, and new product launch packages, ensuring timely production and approvals. Support product launch readiness by coordinating assets and digital updates for Residential brands. Maintain launch calendars, trackers, and activation plans for various brands. Identify risks and assist teams in resolving issues promptly. Provide consistent project status updates through dashboards and weekly reports. Recommend process improvements to enhance execution and efficiency. Requirements Strong communication and facilitation skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and planning abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks and drive resolution. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
