Description

ABOUT TRADEZERO

Our marketing team plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s voice, delivering compelling campaigns, and driving growth across key markets. We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, momentum, and accountability to our marketing operations. You will be instrumental in helping us scale efficiently and execute with precision, freeing up senior leadership to focus on strategic growth.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Marketing Project Manager, you’ll be part of the operational backbone of the marketing team, bringing clarity, coordination, and control to everything we do. You’ll work closely with our CMO, digital marketing team, operations team, content creators, and external partners to ensure that projects are well-planned, deadlines are realistic and met, and priorities stay aligned.
You’ll help implement systems and processes, drive continuous improvement, and help the entire team do their best work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day planning and execution of all marketing projects.
  • Create project roadmaps with clear milestones, task owners, and timelines.
  • Implement and manage project tracking tools for visibility and accountability using Monday.com and FigJam.
  • Coordinate deliverables across internal and external teams, including creative, content, ops, and digital.
  • Identify inefficiencies or blockers and work with the team to solve them.
  • Track progress, flag delays or risks, and proactively propose solutions.
  • Support the CMO by translating strategic goals into actionable, trackable plans.
  • Onboard new team members into project workflows and systems.
  • Maintain a birds-eye view of the marketing calendar and projects, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
