Reporting to our North Content Manager, our new Marketing Project Specialist will be responsible for driving cross-functional marketing projects in Finland, solving market, brand and reputation challenges, amongst other things. The role will work closely with our Restaurant and Retail Marketing Managers, Content Specialists as well as our Comms team in Finland.
The perfect candidate will manage projects, coordinate and drive output with hands-on execution - mainly within the Content toolbox: Influencers, SoMe, content creation for various platforms, events and storytelling.
Cross-team alignment and collaboration is key for the role and stakeholders will vary from project to project, both inside and outside of marketing teams, and across all seniority levels.
What you’ll be doing
Focus on country-relevant projects, including supporting with our Restaurant and New Vertical marketing, together with the Content Specialist
Project management and practical support (execution) including but not limited to e.g. social media content series, user generated content, influencer events, press tips
Organic social media content creation: for example content series, copy & content, my day / short form video content for leadership together with comms
Bring together comms, talent acquisition, marketing and activate storytelling, my days etc on local social media channels to boost reputation
Content series ideation to meet various target groups needs on social channels (families, journalists, youngsters, etc)
Key event visibility on Wolt’s shared channels (Insta, TikTok). For example Slush or other high-visibility events within Finland borders, key projects etc.
Drive and participate in ongoing forums/check-ins to ensure cross-team alignment and collaboration
Our humble expectations
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Storyteller with proven ability to create engaging content for different SoMe platforms and through Influencers
Proficiency in event handling
Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Finnish and English
Do’er who is not afraid to get the hands dirty
Passionate about reputation, brand building, PR and partnerships
Currently eligible to work in Finland
