Marketing Projects Management * Plan, coordinate, and track execution of marketing projects and strategic initiatives - managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. * Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and leadership presentations. * Support business transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience. * Support go-to-market planning, product readiness, and post-launch performance tracking. * Initiate and manage innovation programs, pilots, and proof-of-concepts (POC) across telecom and digital services domains. * Conduct market scanning, competitive analysis, and trend research to surface actionable opportunities. * Coordinate ideation workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions; track outcomes  * Monitor adoption/feedback and drive result-oriented optimizations based on insights and support scaling decisions. Product Innovation Partner & Ecosystem Management * Manage relationships with external partners (especially in telco-adjacent and digital domain) covering onboarding, project execution, and performance reviews. * Identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and unlock mutual commercial value. * Facilitate coordination between internal teams and external partners on strategic and innovation deliverables. Academic Qualification  *  BBA/B.SC in Economics/Project Mgt/Marketing/Engineering from any UGC approved institute/Universities.
