EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
  • ~1 year experience managing projects
  • Or, equivalent combination of experience and/or education

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: other duties may be assigned:

  • Review and assess project requests, and communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives; Open and manage all projects through Workfront software
  • Create schedules and confirm budget and other necessary resources needed to initiate the project, as required
  • Keep all projects on schedule via communication with resources and stakeholders; alert team to risks to schedules or budget
  • Gather resource assignments for each project
  • Organize and lead necessary meetings, including pre-kickoff, project kick-off, and post-delivery evaluation, along with consistently relaying status updates; participate in meetings as a campaign manager as needed for certain assigned projects
  • Maintain detailed records of all projects and communicate project progress and updates to all stakeholders, including meeting recaps.
  • Plan and manage production team tasks, including electronic proofing and acting as facilitator for key stakeholder feedback.
  • Proactively identify risks during project lifecycle and recommend solutions
  • Assist with campaign management for select initiatives, which may include reviewing briefs and delivering final assets
