The architecture, engineering, and construction industry excites you, and you’re ready to build your career through meaningful, creative work that makes an impact. \n How you'll make a difference: Work with Marketing and BD Leads, Partners, Senior staff, and other marketing team members to design, write, and produce compelling proposals, presentations, and other marketing and BD collateral in line with DIALOG brand standards. Support business development strategic efforts to track current success and preposition for future efforts. Break down bid requirements and facilitate communication throughout the proposal process. Develop and deliver creative, engaging, and compliant proposals in coordination with the MBD Lead for each bid. Deliver proposals that adhere to DIALOG guidelines for written and visual communication. Suggest and develop updates and improvements to the proposal process wherever possible. Support the development of PowerPoint presentations, award submissions, and brochures as required, working with senior leadership and proposal leads to assemble presentation decks that show the DIALOG brand well, and outline our unique selling proposition clearly. Perform multiple marketing efforts against tight deadlines. Learn, understand, and promote DIALOG’s portfolio of work, particularly our public sector portfolios. Contribute to the development of the company’s marketing digital asset library, including CVs, project profiles, and boilerplate content. Who you are: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related field. 6+ years of professional experience in a marketing position within the AEC industry (architecture, engineering, or construction). A passion for public sector projects; transit and aviation sector experience is asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail when it comes to both writing and graphics. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is an asset. Self-motivated with strong communication skills. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently as required. Strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines at once. The ability to adapt to and work within Content Management Systems. A passion for storytelling and for winning work, with the ability to connect the dots in terms of how project and company stories can contribute to brand building. \n Don’t meet every single requirement?
