We’re looking for a Marketing Recruitment Assistant to join our internal team, where your experience as a marketer will be invaluable in identifying, attracting, and recruiting other talented marketers. In this unique role, you will blend your marketing expertise with recruiting efforts, spending the majority of your time helping to build our client’s marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the HR and recruitment field. The Marketing Recruitment Assistant will be responsible for manual sourcing on LinkedIn, maintaining and updating job posts, and ensuring smooth administrative support across recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities: Source candidates manually on LinkedIn based on defined client or role criteria Manage and update job postings — including closing and reposting active listings on LinkedIn Maintain and monitor accurate records of candidates, job listings, and hiring progress in tracking tools (e.g., Airtable, Workable) Assist in screening candidate profiles through LinkedIn and Workable, and organizing shortlists for the MRM’s review Support the Marketing Recruitment Manager in daily administrative and operational tasks Contribute to maintaining an organized workflow for recruitment operations and internal documentation Help with talent onboarding and answering inquiries 2+ years of experience in a marketing role Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Tech-savvy with experience using tools like Airtable, Workable, Google Workspace, or Notion (a plus) Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work during U.S. hours (PT) Remote work, forever Competitive USD pay Health insurance stipend WFH stipend Education stipend Co-working membership Training modules access Annual performance review 10 PTO days per year
