Job Summary - COMMISSION BASED SALARY ONLY The Marketing Representative will work with Insurance Agent, Adjusters, and any other persons requiring restoration services. You will generate new contacts and utilize current sales routes to build relationships with contacts.. This position includes management of scheduling all marketing opportunities, keep inventory of all marketing materials, and be responsible to update data base. [24HR FIRE RESPONSE] Responsibilities Intake new losses via phone, email, and fax. Monitor updates in PSA for job status, documentation of communication from insurance and customer. Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily. Monitor field paperwork is completed and up to date. Update PSA daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing. Ordering materials for marketing. Review work site and completed paperwork for future referrals. Qualifications College 2-5 years within the industry. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License and maintain a safe driving record. Must be able to exercise good judgment and to understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions, along with sound problem solving ability. Must be able to stand; walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel – reach with hands & arms and talk or hear. Must be able to regularly lift and or move up to 25 pounds.
