Rydel Roofing Outaouais is seeking a motivated and outgoing Door-to-Door (D2D) Lead Generation Representative to join our team. This role is focused on collecting potential customer information—not direct sales. As a key part of our marketing efforts, you will engage with homeowners in designated neighborhoods to introduce our roofing services, gather contact details, and identify potential leads for our sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking door to door.
• Self-motivated with a positive and approachable attitude.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism.
• Experience in customer service or canvassing is an asset but not required.
