MULTIMEDIA & WEB CONTENT PRODUCER

Location: 100% Remote – Candidates must be based in Latin America
Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor - Eastern or Central Time Zone (Only)
Focus Area: Short-Form Video Editing & Web Asset Production

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Proficiency editing short-form videos for marketing, social, or events
  • Understanding of basic SEO and web content best practices
  • Strong eye for design and layout—especially for banners, page visuals, and mockups
  • Comfort using WordPress or similar CMS platforms for content updates
  • Excellent organizational skills for file management and multi-channel publishing
  • Graphic Design experience working with branded templates in Canva and/or Adobe Express

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience creating video or web assets for education, tech, or professional services
  • Familiarity with U.S. brand and messaging tone
  • Exposure to marketing KPIs and how visuals support conversion
  • Bonus: Worked with or for a U.S.-based company, agency, or client

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Fast Lane North America is looking for a versatile and creative Multimedia & Web Content Producer to support our digital content strategy through engaging short-form videos, web updates, and promotional visuals. In this creative role, you’ll help bring our brand to life across platforms—editing social videos, preparing visuals for new landing pages, and keeping marketing assets updated and aligned. You will be responsible for creating graphic design assets for the company website and supporting social media channels to maintain brand consistency and drive audience engagement. You’ll collaborate closely with both marketing and content teams to ensure web presence and multimedia outputs are impactful, on-brand, and optimized for our audience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Edit short-form videos from webinars, training sessions, or marketing events using tools like CapCut or Descript
  • Update and support web content: help with landing page copy, product/service highlights, and layout flow
  • Design mockups and banners for website sections and campaigns
  • Contribute to the creation of graphic design assets for internal enablement materials (collateral), and external deliverables (social media)
  • Upload and embed content (videos, banners, graphics) using YouTube, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
  • Manage creative files and publishing workflows to keep content current and accessible
