POSITION SUMMARY:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing Sales Ambassador to help grow our presence across Markham and surrounding communities. If you love connecting with people, organizing events, and representing a trusted brand that delivers heart-centered home care, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Drive New Intakes & Client Leads by actively selling Nurse Next Door’s services across assigned territories.
  • Generate Revenue through strategic canvassing, cold outreach, and referrals with measurable weekly/monthly targets.
  • Establish Referral Pipelines with physicians, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, physiotherapists, law firms, retirement homes, and community leaders.
  • Represent Our Brand at health fairs, local festivals, hospitals, seniors’ centers, expos, and outreach events.
  • Coordinate Local Events (e.g., vendor booths, fundraisers, car convoys, etc.) to increase exposure and generate leads.
  • Distribute Marketing Materials (flyers, brochures, business cards) in high-traffic businesses, residential zones, and medical centers.
  • Track Your Progress – Keep a detailed outreach and sales log, track ROI on marketing activities, and report results to leadership weekly.
  • Collaborate with care team to ensure smooth transitions from inquiry to intake.
