We are looking for Full Time Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our fast-paced and driven Sales & Marketing department! You will play a key role in providing expert support to the S&M Department, ensuring seamless operations for the team, and maximizing hotel revenue and profitability through a strong customer focus. You’ll help shape the voice and story of our brand and bring our unique offerings to life.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Communications Executive to update the media database, audit third-party websites for the most up-to-date content and imagery, and ensure brand consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to creating proposals and contracts, entering leads into Envision, and following up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, while completing special projects as assigned.
  • Coordinate invitations for entertainment and promotional events to engage clients and prospects.
  • Assist with hotel site tours as needed, showcasing our venue and services to potential clients.
  • Support the Sales, Marketing, and Events teams on various projects to drive success.
  • Help with the submission of corporate RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and invitations, ensuring rates are approved by the DOSM.
