Description
We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager to drive demand and equip our sales team with the tools, content and processes they need to win in a specialized global B2B market. You will own day-to-day marketing execution across digital, email, events and content, while also taking responsibility for core sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers and case studies. This is a hands-on role with direct visibility to the Commercial Director and a clear path to grow into a broader revenue-facing position. About aquaManager aquaManager is an enterprise-grade production management software for aquaculture operations, used by leading fish farms to optimize production, improve traceability and increase profitability. We operate in a technical, global B2B environment and work with demanding customers who expect expertise, reliability and results. What you will own Marketing execution Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social, website, basic paid) to generate and nurture Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in our target segments. Manage our presence at key exhibitions and events: logistics, pre-event outreach, on-site support material, and post-event follow-up with sales. Coordinate creation and updates of marketing content: website copy, blog posts, newsletters, product updates, customer stories. Run and report on core performance metrics (traffic, engagement, MQLs, campaign performance) and propose concrete improvements. Content, thought leadership and webinars/podcasts Drive the end-to-end process for white papers, blog series and other long-form content, working closely with internal and external subject-matter experts. Plan and execute webinars and, where relevant, podcasts: topic selection, speaker coordination, promotion and post-event follow-ups. Ensure all content supports our positioning, is repurposed effectively across channels and is easy for sales to use in conversations. Sales enablement Maintain and continuously improve the core sales asset stack: pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, case studies, FAQs and simple battlecards. Collaborate with sales to understand objections, gaps and opportunities, then translate them into better messaging and collateral. Support CRM-related processes around lead handover and follow-up (e.g. standard follow-up templates, simple workflows, campaign tagging) using our in-house CRM. Help structure and execute targeted outreach / nurturing sequences for key accounts and segments in collaboration with the Commercial Director. Collaboration and ownership Work directly with the Commercial Director on priorities, positioning and campaign planning; you will contribute to the plan and fully own execution. Coordinate external partners (designers, freelancers, agencies) where needed to deliver higher-quality assets without losing speed. Potentially oversee a junior marketer, depending on final team structure, while still remaining hands-on across key initiatives. Stay on top of industry and competitor activity and feed actionable insights into our messaging and campaigns. What success looks like Success in this role means: A predictable flow of qualified MQLs and opportunities influenced by marketing, not just ad hoc activity. A consistent, up-to-date set of sales assets and content (including white papers and webinars) that the sales team actively uses. Clear visibility on what is working across channels, with simple, reliable reporting that informs decisions. What we are looking for Must-have 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in software, technology, industrial or related sectors. Hands-on experience with email marketing, social media and basic digital campaigns. Practical experience with Mailchimp (or similar email platform), Canva (or similar design tool) and WordPress (or similar CMS). Proven track record creating or updating sales or marketing collateral (decks, brochures, one-pagers, product sheets, event materials). Strong written communication skills in English; able to turn technical input into clear, concise messaging. Comfortable working with data at a practical level (spreadsheets, basic analytics, CRM reports) to inform decisions and report results. Proactive, structured, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a small commercial team. Nice-to-have Experience in B2B SaaS, agtech, aquaculture, food production or supply chain-related businesses. Experience running webinars or similar virtual events, from planning to promotion and follow-up. Familiarity with lead lifecycle concepts (MQL, SQL, pipeline, win rate) and working closely with sales teams. What we offer Role: Marketing & Sales Enablement Manager. Contract: Full-time, based in Athens with a hybrid work model (office + remote). Competitive compensation package with a meaningful performance-based component linked to agreed marketing outcomes (such as MQL generation and campaign delivery) and company revenue objectives. Direct reporting line to the Commercial Director with regular coaching and exposure to revenue strategy. Opportunity to grow into a broader “Head of Marketing / Growth” type role as the company and function scale. Who this role is for This role is ideal for a senior marketing specialist or junior marketing manager who wants to step up into owning both demand generation and sales enablement in a focused B2B environment. You will not be a small cog in a big machine; you will be a central part of the commercial engine, with the chance to directly influence pipeline and revenue. If you are ambitious, hands-on and want real responsibility rather than just “running campaigns,” we’d like to hear from you. Please apply via LinkedIn / Workable with: Your CV A brief note (max 250 words) describing one campaign or project where you supported a sales team and what impact it had on leads or deals.
