REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience (min 1-2 years) in a field sales, outside sales, or B2B sales role, preferably in the UAE market. Experience in services (e.g., auditing, consultancy, insurance, banking) is a significant advantage.
  • Must possess a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car. This is non-negotiable due to the extensive travel required across Dubai.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Fearless attitude with a proven ability to handle rejection and persevere.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of VAT and the business landscape in Dubai is highly desirable. Training on our specific tax services will be provided.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to spearhead our client acquisition efforts. This is a ground-floor opportunity for a hunter who thrives on face-to-face interaction. Your primary focus will be to generate high-quality sales leads by physically visiting offices of potential clients (SMEs, startups, and established companies) across Dubai, introducing our services, and setting appointments for the senior consultants. This role is perfect for someone who is fearless, possesses impeccable presentation skills, and is passionate about building a client base from the ground up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Field Sales & Lead Generation (Primary Duty): Actively conduct daily field visits to a minimum of 15-20 target companies per day within various free zones and business districts in Dubai (e.g., DIFC, DMCC, Jebel Ali, Dubai Internet City, etc.).
  • Cold Calling & Door-to-Door Marketing: Generate your own leads through research, cold calling, and walk-ins to office buildings to secure meetings with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Finance Managers).
  • Client Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within target industries that would benefit from tax consultancy services (e.g., retail, trading, services, hospitality).
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct initial presentations and effectively articulate the value proposition of our tax consultancy services to potential clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and update the sales pipeline using our CRM system, tracking all visits, calls, and interactions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain a strong network of business contacts. Represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and report back market trends, client feedback, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and closed sales.
