10-12 week internship opportunity. Part-time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm   Job Summary We’re looking for a motivated, creative Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. You’ll get hands-on experience across sales outreach, digital marketing, content creation, retail support, trade show prep, and general administration. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic startup environment and help grow a brand from the ground up. Essential Functions and Responsibilities (not restrictive) Sales Support: * Research and identify potential retail partners, distributors, and foodservice leads * Assist in managing our wholesale CRM and tracking outreach * Help develop sales decks, sell sheets, and pitch materials * Ship product samples to prospective partners, buyers, and influencers * Assist in coordinating in-store demos and sampling programs Marketing Support: * Help execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn * Assist with influencer outreach and manage collaboration logistics * Monitor marketing campaign metrics and compile performance reports * Conduct competitive research and help identify marketing opportunities Trade Show & Event Prep: * Help prepare materials, displays, and sample shipments for trade shows * Support coordination of logistics, registration, and promotional items * Assist in organizing follow-up with leads and contacts after events Administrative Support: * Assist in general sales and marketing administration, including updating spreadsheets, tracking shipments, managing calendars, and organizing files * Participate in team brainstorms and planning meetings * Coordinate cross-functional tasks with ops, marketing, and sales * Support customer service and community engagement as needed Qualification & Experience Requirements * Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field * Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation. * Passion for food, health/wellness, or sustainability a strong plus * Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or event coordination is a plus but not required.
