MUST-HAVE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Lead Marketer, or equivalent senior marketing role.
  • Demonstrated success in:
  • Running Facebook Ads (Meta Business Suite)
  • Running Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Retargeting)
  • Creating lead generation funnels (landing pages, ads, automations)
  • Working to a marketing budget and optimising CPA
  • Achieving and exceeding performance targets
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Active Campaign or similar)
  • Experienced with website builders (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solver.
  • High level of initiative, self-sufficiency, and ownership.
  • Have some experience in video editing and content creation
  • Be creative and a problem solver

GOOD-TO-HAVE KNOWLEDGE

  • ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Leadpages - CRM/Funnel builders
  • Webflow and basic HTML/CSS - Website design
  • Canva, or similar for basic creative tasks - Picture design
  • Zapier - Automations

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a talented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead the charge in growing Beautology’s brand presence, Mytime members, and revenue — both online and in-clinic. This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly strategic but also hands-on — ready to manage campaigns, build funnels, optimise acquisition costs, and drive performance every day.
You will be the key decision-maker in marketing, report directly to the clinic directors weekly, and collaborate by managing a team to share the workload and meet ambitious targets.
