Our Grid Integration portfolio spans a wide range of transmission and substation applications, which facilitate reliable and efficient system integration of the future digital electric network with minimum environmental impact. We incorporate the integrated systems, solutions and services of our business' DC and AC fields, including HVDC, Substations, FACTS, Grid and Power Quality solutions such as offshore wind connections, and Semiconductors. We offer Power Consulting for key segments in the energy system, such as renewables, transmission distribution and as well as e-transportation solutions. How you’ll make an impact You will be responsible for creating, planning and implementing the marketing (and communications) strategies for the assigned area in accordance with global marketing and sales strategy and budget. Produces action plans accordingly. Creates, plans and implements sales strategy, and strategic sales and business development initiatives, in alignment with LPG sales strategy. Achieves sales targets in respect of both budgets and sales efficiency. You will define key Marketing & Sales targets in line with Division/Business Unit strategy and ensure these are achieved. Identifies opportunities with existing and potential new customers within defined geographical areas and determines plans for securing the opportunities. You will be responsible for product marketing, industry, segment marketing and strategic and tactical marketing plans to support the relevant organization. Initiates, implements and reports market analysis and marketing activities. Ensures the market is monitored by developing and maintaining efficient marketing tools and implementing coordinated marketing analyses and activities. You will collaborate internally and oversees preparation of competitor analyses ranging from full profit and loss account (P&L) and main financial data to company profile and net sales analysis. Coordinates the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluates data to ensure achievement of goals. Monitors and provide reports to the Marketing and Sales organization on market intelligence. You will support the development of strong relationships with key customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers. Ensures efficient marketing communications. Identifies and manages potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels. Takes ownership of the sales processes, and all relevant training and development plans, actions and programs. You will lead the Grid Integration Sales and Marketing team, including developing employee skills and performance through training and coaching, hiring, training, and developing new employees to meet organizational needs, providing feedback on employee performance, helping to develop employee skills where needed, and addressing performance problems in consultation with HRBP. You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your background You hold a bachelor’s degree. Required with 15+ years in sales and marketing, strong knowledge of Japanese market overall and Power Grids market in specific, strong leader. Ability to hand challenges in a very large and competitive market, multi-stakeholder management and establish winning teams with cross country collaboration as several functions are not available in the local OU.
