We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Manager with a strong background in lead generation, digital marketing, and the home improvement industry. This role blends strategic marketing with hands-on sales support—ideal for someone who thrives at building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and helping close deals.
The ideal candidate is creative yet data-driven, understands how to reach homeowners and decision-makers in the landscaping and home improvement space, and has experience collaborating with sales teams to hit growth targets.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in landscaping, construction, or home improvement industries.
  • Proven success in lead generation and sales enablement.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and CRM tools.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic, data-driven execution.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-oriented.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Drive digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, website optimization) focused on homeowner and commercial audiences.
  • Build and manage lead generation funnels, nurturing prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create campaigns, promotions, and follow-up strategies that convert leads into customers.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behaviors to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage marketing collateral, presentations, and digital content aligned with Redwood’s brand and voice.
  • Track KPIs, report campaign performance, and optimize for ROI.
  • Represent Redwood Landscape at community events, trade shows, and industry networking opportunities to build partnerships and brand visibility.
