SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Marketing & Sales Manager will lead the development, execution, and evaluation of marketing, communications, and community engagement initiatives for Usask Properties’ residential, mixed-use, and commercial developments. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on implementation — delivering marketing campaigns, managing brand assets, coordinating builder and tenant marketing efforts, and engaging with adjacent community organizations. The successful candidate will be a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who can strengthen Usask Properties’ brand presence, ensure consistent messaging, and foster strong relationships across multiple stakeholder groups.

EDUCATION

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

• 5–7 years of progressive marketing and communications experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Experience in real estate development, home building, or commercial leasing preferred.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strategic thinker with strong project management and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in marketing tools, CMS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite an asset.
• Experience managing websites, brand assets, and social media platforms.
