SUMMARY OF POSITION  We are seeking a highly motivated college intern to support a high‑visibility new product launch and contribute to core sales operations, marketing and meeting‑planning activities. This role is ideal for a student interested in pharmaceuticals, commercial operations, marketing, business administration, or project management. The intern will work alongside cross‑functional partners in Sales, Marketing, Training, and Operations to ensure launch readiness and execution excellence. ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE This position will report directly to the Executive Director, Sales Operations - Almatica and will work in close partnership with members of Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, and Training.  RESPONSIBILITIES   Primary responsibilities of this role include the following: * Aid in launch meeting preparations, including Welcome Packet Creation, Agenda, Show Flow, play list, rooming list, tent cards, name badges, stage design, team pre and post meeting survey, etc.  * Participate in Marketing meetings pertaining to new product promotional materials and non-personal promotion tactics * Shadow Marketing to gain experience with creative and media agencies and the Promotional Review Committee (PRC) * Coordinate with print vendor for launch and field shipments  * Assist with CRM (e.g., Veeva) system testing and job aid creation  * Review and provide refinements to field system training for Tableau and Veeva  * Creation and maintenance of field roster * Participate on the launch planning core team meeting * Shadow Business Analyst to gain experience in monitoring reports and analytics used to support a launch and field work.  * Help review and maintain sales resources, FAQs, and field operations guides.   QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Qualifications:  * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.  * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).  * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: * Interest in pharmaceuticals, commercial strategy, or product launches.  * Experience with project management or operations-related coursework.   GMP DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY   None The anticipated base hourly rate for this position is $20.00.
