Roles & Responsibilities

Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our ready-mix concrete products within Abu Dhabi and mainly western region. Sales Executive will actively seek new clients, build relationships with existing customers, and promote our services to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business.

Location: Al Ain, Abu Dhabi (western region), UAE

• Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive sales of ready-mix concrete.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Preparing and submitting reports as required by line manager.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Civil Enginering Degree, Minimum 3 year of UAE Experience in ReadyMix business.
• Proven experience in sales within the Readymix and/or construction industry.
