Connectify Media is seeking a Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on the landscaping division. This role bridges marketing creativity with sales growth — you will be responsible for on-site photography, content creation, graphic design, client engagement, and business development to promote and expand our landscaping services.
The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Mandarin, has a strong interest or background in outdoor landscaping/construction, and enjoys combining creative marketing with direct sales results in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong skills in photography/videography; comfortable working at outdoor job sites.
• Knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, etc.).
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor-related industries is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin (both oral & written).
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Local travel to project sites required (driver’s license preferred).

• Visit landscaping project sites to photograph and document progress for marketing campaigns.
• Create graphic and visual content (social media posts, brochures, advertisements, presentations).
• Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and inbound/outbound channels.
• Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotes, and client presentations.
• Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into contracts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Communicate with clients in both English and Mandarin to build trust and close sales opportunities.
• Assist in marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and client outreach events to drive sales.
• Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate project updates are shared with clients and prospects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
