We are looking for an experienced, positive, self-motivated, and reliable person to fill an exciting new marketing / sales support role, joining our small but successful company of 12 employees as we integrate our marketing efforts under one responsibility.
The company is focussed on international investment fund sales, although no experience in this industry is necessary.
The position would be predominantly home based with laptop and IT equipment provided, although some travel may be required to meet the rest of the team on an infrequent ad hoc basis. A home location in the Midlands or the South is ideal.
The role would be between the hours of 9:30am and 2:30am, Monday to Friday. Strong experience with a CRM system and the use of Mailchimp is absolutely essential.
We are looking for someone to take over the e-marketing activities of our company plus help initiate and develop an integrated CRM system. They must be familiar with CRMs, email mailshots, and email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp. Must be experienced with Office, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ability to adapt presentations on Powerpoint is essential.
Further extensions of the role’s responsibilities would be sales support, helping the sales team maximising their time and productivity with clients.
The ideal candidate will be someone that is highly experienced in marketing and sales support but perhaps needs to take on less hours and be home based due to other commitments such as childcare and school runs etc. They must be adaptable, creative, and willing to learn. The candidate would work closely with the two Directors, the sales team, and the admin team to develop the CRM system and also coordinate marketing related activities.
