Deploy new programs and tactics to support Dealer-delivered customer solutions. Deliver project plans and analysis to grow market share and profitability.
Create cross-functional growth plans with team support for multiple leadership levels at Dealer and Caterpillar.
Hire, develop, and train a team to achieve desired results.
Oversee Net Loyalty Scores and new customer growth delivered by Dealers in the territory.
Consult with Dealers on long-term strategies to reach customers through omni-channel tactics, including aftermarket growth and rental solutions.
Support the implementation of new technologies for Dealers to reach new customers and deliver a differentiated experience, including online research tools, marketing automation, funnel management, CRM, and Martech stack.
