ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:

We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead campaign execution and go-to-market initiatives for one of our key consumer segments, MDU. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how we connect with customers by designing and delivering targeted, data-informed marketing campaigns that drive growth, engagement, and brand loyalty. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Channel Marketing, Commercial, Sales, and Brand to create and execute on compelling marketing strategies that deliver on our customer acquisition targets. You’ll be responsible for campaign ideation and audience segmentation, overseeing execution and tracking performance.
Segment managers are the go-to point of contact across the business, working cross functionally and being able to influence others is a must. You must be able to thrive in a high growth, high pressure environment, and be able to balance speed of execution with impact.
MDU is our ‘Multi-Dwelling Unit’ segment, covering both Private Retrofit and Social Housing sectors – the largest customer segments for Hyperoptic.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Be able to forecast acquisition, renewal and churn trends within a subscription based business.
  • Know which go-to-market strategies and tactics are most likely to drive volume, value and penetration.
  • Brief virtual teams on the activities required to maximise Hyperoptic’s conversion and ROI.
  • Be accountable for achieving subscriber penetration and value targets.
  • Drive a performance culture of rapid experimentation and forensic analysis of KPI drivers.
