We are looking for a dynamic Paid Media Sr. Associate who is passionate, innovative, and eager to drive growth through creative strategies and continuous optimization across a variety of paid media platforms.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Analytics, Strategy, and Legal—as well as manage relationships with external vendors. Since innovation is key at Enova, we want you to help explore new marketing initiatives, suggest process improvements, and test a variety of paid media channels, both digital and traditional.
As the Paid Media Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition for our US consumer brands (CashNetUSA and NetCredit) through a blend of online and offline paid media channels and continuous A/B testing. The US consumer brand team manages LTV, CTV, Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Display, Programmatic and reporting tools, with this role focusing on our programmatic efforts.
