We are looking for a dynamic Paid Media Sr. Associate who is passionate, innovative, and eager to drive growth through creative strategies and continuous optimization across a variety of paid media platforms.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Creative, Analytics, Strategy, and Legal—as well as manage relationships with external vendors. Since innovation is key at Enova, we want you to help explore new marketing initiatives, suggest process improvements, and test a variety of paid media channels, both digital and traditional.
As the Paid Media Sr. Associate, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition for our US consumer brands (CashNetUSA and NetCredit) through a blend of online and offline paid media channels and continuous A/B testing. The US consumer brand team manages LTV, CTV, Streaming Audio, Podcasts, Display, Programmatic and reporting tools, with this role focusing on our programmatic efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead the strategy and execution across our programmatic channels and identity resolution partners to help achieve brand, volume, and efficiency goals through daily optimizations.
  • Work with other Brand team members to ensure cohesive strategy, messaging and business goals are met on a regular basis.
  • Manage monthly channel budgets and invoicing, develop performance projections, and optimize budget allocation to ensure alignment with overall goals and maximize return on investment. Create, manage, test and analyze campaigns from development and testing to execution and scaling.
  • Analyze performance data to uncover insights, improve ROI, and refine media strategies for future campaigns, while developing actionable recommendations and leveraging data mapping to optimize paid media strategies across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Website, Creative, and Analytics teams to develop and optimize landing pages and conversion funnels, driving attribution and leveraging A/B testing to continuously enhance conversion rates and customer journey initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external partners to develop monthly and quarterly media plans, and execute, optimize, and scale campaigns.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends, best practices, and techniques across all media channels to ensure market efficiency and uncover new opportunities.
