If so, this is the opportunity for you. We are looking for a visionary and experienced Marketing Manager to spearhead our Enterprise B2B Marketing initiatives—an exciting new frontier at Nubank. As a company renowned for its success in the B2C market, we are now ambitiously expanding into the Enterprise B2B space, and we need someone ready to lead this charge. In this role, you will be at the forefront of positioning our brand as a leader in the enterprise market. You can shape our website content, craft and execute a compelling PR strategy, manage key agency relationships, and create impactful marketing materials, including sales presentations, case studies, and branding assets. You'll be responsible for: Awareness & Branding: Lead the development and execution of B2B enterprise branding initiatives, ensuring our brand resonates with key decision-makers in the industry. Website Management: Oversee the strategy, content creation, and updates for our corporate website, ensuring it effectively communicates our value proposition to enterprise clients. PR Strategy: Develop and manage a comprehensive PR strategy to increase brand visibility in the enterprise market, including press releases, media relations, and partnerships. Agency Management: Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with our marketing strategies and goals. Content Creation: Create compelling marketing materials, including sales presentations, case studies, white papers, and other assets to support the sales team and enhance our market presence. Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and refine sales pitches, ensuring alignment with our branding and strategic goals. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives. We are looking for a person who has: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the enterprise segment and specifically in the payments industry. Strong understanding of branding and awareness strategies for enterprise-level clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create compelling content. Fluent in English. Experience in managing relationships with external agencies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially sales and product teams. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
