Job Title: Marketing and Social Media Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a talented Marketing and Social Media assistant to join our team. This is ideally suited for someone that has recently left University, College or School and looking for their first step into Marketing.
This is a marketing role with a view to helping our online profile grow, we are not looking for someone to work our socials full time, however, as you grow into the business, there is no reason for the right candidate to grow this department and make start to manage a team of people on all aspects of marketing and social media.
Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Look to help our brand become more viable and know in and around our industry and beyond.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across various social media platforms
- Monitor social media channels for trends and opportunities for engagement
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Run your own marketing campaigns in line with the companies sales strategies.
- Make this position there own and grow to eventually include your own team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Adobe and other editing software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
