· Can work independently and manage time effectively
· Has basic video editing skills
· Is friendly, reliable, and happy to help out with a variety of tasks

This role will focus mainly on social media management and marketing support. Your work will help us connect with our community, share our message, and grow our brand. Tasks include:
· Creating and scheduling social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
· Assisting with marketing activities — email newsletters, videos, and promotions
· Engaging with our online audience and responding to enquiries/messages
· Supporting occasional client relationship tasks (birthday cards, settlement gifts, etc.)
· Basic admin and marketing support as required
