JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and results-driven Marketing Assistant to support a busy real estate agent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both marketing and sales. The ideal candidate must be comfortable making cold calls, generating new leads, and communicating fluently in English with excellent phone skills. You will also contribute to our social media presence and marketing efforts.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in cold calling and lead generation (real estate or sales background preferred).
• Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent phone communication skills.
• Previous experience in social media management or marketing is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Bonus skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Google Ads, SEO, Adobe Creative Suite.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
