POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing & Social Media Associate to join our team. This hybrid role is ideal for a creative and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving brand growth, increasing demand for new business, and enhancing client relationships. The ideal candidate will lead marketing initiatives, manage strategic campaigns, and support client success programs that foster loyalty and engagement

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, client success, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and manage social media strategies and performance analytics.
  • Conduct SEO research and analyze website traffic to optimize digital presence.
  • Perform target market research and provide competitor insights.
  • Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Manage association partnerships and collaborative marketing efforts.
  • Oversee campaign performance and reporting through HubSpot.
  • Track and report on marketing event KPIs.
  • Coordinate graphic design projects and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage promotional merchandise (swag) including inventory, ordering, shipping, and budgeting.
  • Marketing Support
  • Support prospecting and virtual events.
  • Assist with podcast production and promotion.
  • Build and import contact and company lists in HubSpot.
  • Reference ConnectWise for client list building for campaign organization and management.
  • Ensure brand standard compliance across departments (e.g., business cards, templates, signature lines, social media profiles, etc.).
  • Client Success Initiatives
  • Create and distribute client and prospect newsletters.
  • Identify and coordinate client case studies and reference opportunities.
  • Manage client gifting programs (onboarding, holidays, milestones).
  • Support the client onboarding journey with content and gifting coordination.
