We are dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs with high quality, high-end furniture at every price point. We are currently seeking a creative and detail-oriented Part-Time Marketing / Social Media Coordinator to support our marketing efforts and manage our for our Holland location.
As a Part-Time Marketing / Social Media Coordinator for West Michigan Office Interiors, working approximately 16 – 24 hours per week, you will be responsible for writing, editing and managing social media posts, and assisting with our company website. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, and is passionate about building brand awareness and engagement through social platforms. Please see the following:
1. Marketing / Social Media
o Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
o Creates engaging social media posts and related web content, including graphics, videos and written, to gain attention and recognition for the company and its products through different social media channels.
o Stays informed and analyzes the most recent social media trends to get innovative ideas for new social media marketing campaigns.
o Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely and authentic manner.
o Uses analytic tools to gauge the success of social media posts and audience engagement.
o Stays up to date with social media trends.
o Takes quality photos, videos, etc., and edits as needed.
o Assist with photography and video production for events, installs, campaigns, etc.
o Maintain marketing calendars and campaign timelines.
o Collects competitor insights and market research.
o Assists with event planning and promotional activities.
2. Website
o Update and maintain company website content.
o Ensure site is visually appealing, mobile-friendly, and SEO optimized.
o Conduct regular audits for outdated content or UX concerns.
3. Analyzes information to recommend actions
4. Reports any issues to the Owner as needed.
5. Other duties as assigned.
