We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our team and take charge of our brand presence, campaigns, and online community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Manage and grow company social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor trends, track analytics, and adjust campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing.
  • Engage with customers and followers online, building strong brand loyalty.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing software).
  • Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies.
  • Experience in automotive, retail, or e-commerce marketing is an asset.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 60 – 80 per week
