This is a remote position. Virtual Rockstar is hiring a Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant on behalf of a health and wellness practice in the US. The Marketing & Social Media Virtual Assistant will play an essential role in supporting the practice’s marketing initiatives by managing social media platforms, assisting with marketing campaigns, engaging with potential clients, and handling after-hours calls and SMS responses. This position is designed to help grow the practice’s online presence, strengthen community engagement, and ensure smooth communication with clients. Responsibilities Marketing & Social Media Manage and update social media profiles across multiple platforms. Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content, graphics, and short-form videos. Assist with marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and promotions. Monitor online reviews, comments, and messages to maintain a positive reputation. Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to the team. Support SEO strategies and assist with online ads to improve reach and visibility. Client Communication Respond to incoming calls and text messages, including after-hours support. Follow up with potential new clients to ensure prompt communication. Collaborate with the Patient Success Specialist and support ongoing lead campaigns. Collaboration & Administration Join team meetings and quarterly town halls to stay aligned with marketing goals. Assist in updating website information as needed. Provide support on other marketing or technical tasks as assigned. Tools & Systems Used EMR: Athelas Air CRM: CIMA Growth Solutions Social media platforms & scheduling tools Basic design and content creation tools Requirements ​ Prior experience in social media management, marketing, or virtual assistance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative skills in content creation (graphics, captions, short videos). Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects. Comfortable analyzing marketing data and campaign performance. Tech-savvy; experience with CRMs, EMRs, or SEO tools is a plus.
