Make your mark for patients To strengthen our Immunology PVU team we are looking for a talented profile to fill the position of: Marketing Solution Lead Rheuma-Bone – Milan, Italy About the role Responsible for creating the local ISP by gathering all field insights and incorporating relevant inputs from the EU. Accountable for implementing the ISP in collaboration with the local team and external stakeholders to deliver valuable solutions for patients and ecosystems. You will work with The Marketing Solution Lead Rheuma will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure the successful creation and implementation of the local ISP. This includes working with the local Immunology PVU team to gather field insights and integrate relevant inputs from the EU. Additionally, the role involves partnering with external stakeholders, such as healthcare providers, patient advocacy groups, and industry experts, to deliver valuable solutions for patients and ecosystems. What you will do Solutions (projects, contents…) for local PVU implementation Help Local Patient Value Unit move beyond basic knowledge of UCB products and support services to see opportunities for patient and value creation and become credible advocates for matching each patient with the right medication Creates systems to help Local Patient Value Unit identify and collect pertinent insights into stakeholder challenges and priorities, and incorporate into development plans and support strategies Facilitates information sharing and discussion among Local Patient Value Unit to raise comfort and competence in speaking to non-clinical issues and applying to stakeholder development plans Coaches Local Patient Value Unit Members on how to discover and use information about stakeholder strategies and business priorities to improve value creation Provides updates and context for understanding UCB business challenges, organizational priorities and strategies and applying to account planning and goal-setting activities. Planning – Drive annual planning processes Lead x-functional dev of PVP Drive OC Plan (content-channel-stakeholder) Represents the interests of patients, providers and Local Patient Value Unit in their area within the PVU strategic planning process Translates PVU strategies and priorities for all Local Patient Value Unit members and shows how to apply to development plans and day-to-day activities. Connectivity Promotes cross-disciplinary coordination to ensure stakeholders and patients receive benefit of a rich, integrated value creation effort Facilitates connections between Local Patient Value Unit other internal and External stakeholders in district to better understand how to share information, insight and resources. Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills Bachelors’ degree in life sciences, business or healthcare required At least 3 years in stakeholder facing roles or marketing within healthcare Demonstrated experience in working within multidisciplinary teams Understanding of appropriate regulatory and access/HTA guidelines Ability to build strategic anchored cross functional solutions that will create Patient Value in the Local Ecosystem Ability to drive Local projects and implement Local initiatives that provides insights and ideas for Initiatives for the LPVU teams Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications skills Comprehension of different digital communication channels and ability to use them Proven track record of developing high impact solutions in line with ecosystem drivers Demonstrated strength in business planning, tactical plan development and execution Are you ready to ‘go beyond’ to create value and make your mark for patients?
