We are looking for a Marketing Solutions Lead - Bone to join us in our UK & Ireland Immunology team, based in our Slough, UK offices.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Marketing Solutions Lead is accountable for the development and implementation of all elements of the marketing plan. The purpose of this role is to lead the marketing strategy in Osteoporosis. As well as leading local marketing plans, the role will be a critical link between UK & Ireland and the European Regional team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Provide local cross functional teams (sales, MSLs, Local access leads) with impactful resources and tactics to implement patient-centred solutions
  • Localise centrally developed EU solutions for the UK and Ireland and develop local solutions in line with local opportunities & challenges, drivers and competitive dynamics
  • Partner and co-create projects with external stakeholders that will drive patient value
  • Drive creation and development of materials and content, collaborating with various internal stakeholders - including Medical Solutions Lead - and external agencies to help projects come to fruition
  • Network with a broad range of external stakeholders (including physicians, payers, patients) to stay in tune with the environment and identify opportunities to deliver value adding, differentiated solutions
  • Build, monitor and track implementation and KPIs of the area solutions by the respective local PV teams. Measure value and impact, and support reallocation of resources for maximizing impact
