What You'll Do:
• Win New Business: Own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiation and closing the deal.
• Consultative Selling: Lead high-level sales conversations, delivering smart, compelling presentations that address the specific pain points of C-level executives.
• Tailor Solutions: Work creatively to craft bespoke marketing packages that fit the needs of diverse companies in Israel and abroad.
• Collaborate to Close: Partner with internal delivery teams to build proposals that are both winnable and deliverable at the highest standard.
Requirements
• Emotional Intelligence First: Strong ability to read people, build trust, and guide clients through a shared journey.
• Sales With Substance: Experience in Selling complex professional services, communicating strategically with senior stakeholders, presenting with confidence, and translating business challenges into marketing solutions.
• B2B Understanding: A strong plus. Familiarity with the digital marketing landscape is a bonus.
• Creative Mindset: Comfortable asking unconventional questions, exploring fresh angles, and thinking beyond the obvious.
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfort working closely with internal teams to co-create solutions and ensure client success..
• Full professional proficiency in English and Hebrew (presentation level required).
