Metropolitan College, the largest College of University Studies in Greece and member of Alphabet Education, in the context of its continuous development, is seeking to enhance its Marketing Team, in Marousi Campus, with a: Marketing Specialist Role Summary: The role actively contributes to the planning and implementation of the College’s marketing activities with the aim of enhancing the reputation, attracting new students and strengthening the brand. The position requires a combination of creativity, organization and knowledge of modern marketing tools - with a particular emphasis on the field of education. The role-holder will report to the College’s Head of Marketing & Communications and Group Marketing & Communications Director. Key Responsibilities: Participates in the design and execution of the annual marketing plan for the Group's educational programs and actions. Collaborates with advertising agencies, designers, video editors and printing houses for the production of promotional material. Assists in the organization and promotion of educational events (acquaintance days, exhibitions, speeches, workshops). Aids the development of online & offline, national & regional promotion campaigns for targeted audiences (parents, students, adults, businesses). Conducts research on competition and educational trends to propose new marketing actions. Supports the Admissions department with marketing tools and material. Monitors, analyzes and reports on campaign performance and audience engagement metrics. Keeps track of Marketing budget. Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master degree is a plus). 5+ years of proven experience in a similar position, preferably in the education or service sector or advertising/media/PR agency Strong analytical skills for assessing brand performance and campaign effectiveness. Creativity, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to meet tight deadlines, as well as handle changing demands and parallel projects.
