The RoleYou'll work closely with the leadership and sales teams to build the company's brand, generate new leads and create engaging experiences for our network. You'll have a broad remit across social media, lead generation, content, events and marketing campaigns, with plenty of autonomy to bring your own ideas to the table. You'll also work closely with our sales team, to turn marketing activity into quality opportunities for the sales team.

• What You'll Be DoingOwn and manage our media presence and content strategy
• Create engaging content across relevant social channels
• Develop campaigns and initiatives that generate new leads for the sales team
• Work closely with the SDR team to support lead generation and conversion
• Help build and execute our broader marketing strategy
• Organise and run events for our growing network, including our popular gym-class events and other community/networking events
• Coordinate event logistics, promotion and follow-up
• Identify new opportunities to grow our brand and reach
• Support content creation, partnerships, email marketing and other growth initiatives
• Track marketing activity and results, using data to understand what's working and where we can improve
• Bring fresh ideas and experiment with new channels, campaigns and ways of reaching our audience

• You'll have:1-4 years of marketing experience. Bonus if it’s with a startup, in legal or for a tech company.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing social media and creating content and running market campaigns.
• A commercial mindset
• Strong organisational skills, particularly around events and campaigns
• A proactive, "figure it out" attitude
• The confidence to work independently and bring ideas to the table
• A genuine interest in technology, startups, business or the legal industry
