The Advertising Specialist at Harcon plays a pivotal role in driving marketing and advertising initiatives to promote projects effectively. The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute strategic advertising campaigns across various channels to maximise project visibility, attract potential buyers or tenants, and ultimately contribute to the success of developments. Harcon seeks a dynamic individual with a creative mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering impactful marketing solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute Marketing policies and campaigns that align with sales objectives, focusing on raising brand awareness and promoting Harcorn Project’s offerings
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, coordinating efforts across copywriting, media scripting, artwork, and production for both digital and traditional media
  • Support the company’s growth by preparing and implementing marketing objectives, policies, and programs tailored to meet business goals
  • Advise on marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing strategies, promotional tactics, and optimal distribution channels to maximize visibility and customer engagement.
  • Coordinate and organize promotional events, working closely with Creative team to ensure timely delivery of all materials and merchandise
  • Support the company’s growth by preparing and implementing marketing objectives, policies, and programs tailored to meet business goals
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and pursue new opportunities for existing and upcoming courses
  • Work closely with sales teams to align marketing strategies with business development goals
  • Communicate with senior management about marketing initiatives and projects, as well as to brainstorm fresh strategies

The successful applicant should possess:

  • Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales and marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of sale and marketing, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and engage diverse audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
