POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Specialist supports Agile’s marketing and branding initiatives by assisting with campaigns, maintaining the company website, and executing day-to-day marketing projects. This role works closely with Sales, Operations, HR and Clinic Managers to ensure consistent messaging, drive awareness, and support business development efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or professional services.
  • Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (CRM, email platforms, social media scheduling).
  • Strong communication, project management, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee marketing campaigns to promote Agile’s services across local and enterprise markets (e.g., onsite services, workers’ comp care).
  • Support brand consistency by updating templates, collateral, and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage Agile’s online presence, including website content, SEO, paid advertising, and social media channels, to strengthen visibility and engagement.
  • Create compelling content (digital campaigns, social, collateral, promo materials) addressing buyer personas (HR, Safety, TPA, SMB/Enterprise executives)
  • Enable Sales with playbooks, pitch decks, case studies, messaging guidance, and sales campaign support aligned with commercial
  • Help coordinate promotional events and regional activities (e.g., mailers, community events, local clinic campaigns).Analyze campaign effectiveness, track metrics like engagement, lead conversion, pipeline velocity, and optimize initiatives based on results
  • Coordinate with Clinic Managers and regional teams to localize marketing activations and messages (e.g., “neighborhood provider” grassroots tactics).
  • Partner with Operations to develop marketing materials that educate clients on new services, clinic capabilities, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on employer branding, recruitment marketing, and internal communications campaigns.
  • Coordinate cross-functional marketing initiatives that integrate sales, operations, clinical, and corporate priorities into unified campaigns.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, and ensure high-quality production of marketing materials.
  • Partner with manager on marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
