As the Marketing Specialist APAC, you will develop and execute regional, country and account specific marketing programs. This is a rewarding role for a driven and enthusiastic marketing all rounder with strong strategic and problem solving skills, encompassing both traditional and digital marketing approaches.
About the role
The Marketing Specialist APAC is a key role in promoting and marketing TVH’s products and supports a diverse range of industries and geographies across the APAC region, including Oceania, South East Asia, India and East Asia.

Your key areas of responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing regional, country, and account-specific marketing programs.
  • Creating holistic marketing plans to support the region’s key priorities and revenue targets, and generate the required pipeline for sustained growth.
  • Driving and owning the end-to-end execution of marketing plans.
  • Working closely with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to produce event and marketing campaigns and other relevant collateral.
  • Facilitating engagement with the sales team by acting as the conduit between marketing and sales.
  • Collaborating effectively with the regional marketing team and with Global Marketing Excellence to deliver & execute plans.
  • Tracking and measuring the performance of marketing activities against goals and proposing solutions.
  • Managing and allocating the marketing budget.

About you - Skills, experience and qualifications

This role will suit candidates who can display prior experience and knowledge in a similar role within a B2B environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong marketing expertise, with knowledge of the ASIA region considered a valuable advantage.

  • Strong B2B marketing competencies: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing with a proven track record in using various channels to roll out campaigns.
  • Proven collaborative skills: Can demonstrate alignment and collaboration with sales teams, as well as effective working relationships with various internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills: Comfortable presenting projects and results to various stakeholders and able to communicate or visualise complex ideas.
  • Attention to detail: Precise with accuracy, quality of work, documentation, and process.
  • Project management: Highly organised and can juggle multiple projects in a dynamic, high-pressure environment without losing track of timelines.
  • Degree qualifications in Marketing / Business is highly desirable.
