QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing, Communications

or related field

• 2+ years’ progressive experience in marketing and communications
• Strong project management skills
• Intermediate skills in art direction and/or layout and design software

Adobe Creative Suite, Canva as examples.

• Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities
• Extensive experience in strategic advertising plans

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of the Cannabis Industry and regulatory frameworks is an asset
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage/execute multiple ongoing projects
• Exceptional ability to work with the public with confidence and enthusiasm
• Ability to act independently and as a team member
• Attention to detail and accuracy including thorough documentation abilities
• Excellent comprehension, communication and interpersonal skills
