We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our small team. This role reports directly to the head of Marketing and plays a central role in promoting our brand, creating content, driving lead generation, and supporting our sales team through engaging and impactful marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Content Creation: Develop compelling written and visual content for digital channels, brochures, product sheets, and presentations. Tradeshow Planning & Logistics: Coordinate event participation, including booth design, shipping, on-site set up and tear down, and post-event follow-up. Digital Marketing: Execute campaigns across email, social media, and paid channels to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Lead Generation & CRM Management: Implement strategies to capture and nurture leads, maintain accurate CRM data, and support the sales team with timely, qualified opportunities. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with our brand identity and tone. Qualifications Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or capital goods manufacturing environment Strong writing, editing, and design sensibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Canva, and other design tools Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms Proven ability to plan and manage tradeshows or similar events Excellent project management and organizational skills with attention to detail Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment Ability to travel within North America What We Offer Competitive salary ($60-70,000/year), bonus and benefits package.
