Job Duties:
Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and drive brand engagement.
Develop creative and data-driven advertising strategies across digital and social media platforms, with a strong focus on targeted messaging.
Manage campaign budgets and timelines to ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget.
Create and manage marketing content (including TikTok/Douyin videos), oversee social media accounts, and monitor audience engagement.
Collaborate with creative and design teams to produce compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
Use analytical tools to track, evaluate, and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, translating complex concepts into clear strategies.
Stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply relevant innovations to campaigns.
Foster a culture of creativity and continuous learning within the team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management and execution.
In-depth knowledge of major social and digital platforms, with particular expertise in Chinese platforms including Weibo, Xiaohongshu (RED), Douyin (TikTok), and WeChat.
Strong ability to combine creative thinking with data analysis to develop effective strategies and drive audience engagement.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is highly preferred.
