Coordinate employer marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders. Produce content such as press releases, social media plans, scripts, speeches, and communication protocols/policies. Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events. Submit applications for awards and rankings to strengthen brand positioning. Create reports and perform analysis to support communications and marketing decisions. Conduct research and benchmarking to inform and improve marketing strategy. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Marketing, International Relations, Political Science, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in corporate communications teams, marketing, PR agencies, or similar roles. Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder projects (e.g., internal clients, external partners, alliances, vendors). Knowledge of corporate communications and reputation management, preferably in B2B environments. Strong writing skills in Spanish and English. Proficiency using platforms such as ChatGPT, Mailchimp, Canva, or equivalent tools.
