We currently have an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist located at our headquarters in City of Industry, CA.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Specialist performs the daily operations of the Marketing Department. This role supports the development of marketing strategies and implements the strategy to build the company’s brand, increase customer engagement, and convert sales leads. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for producing marketing materials, planning and executing tradeshows and events, managing digital marketing via social media platforms and email campaigns, and updating website content. This role will require occasional domestic and international travel to attend tradeshows and events.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B/B2G industries.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM platforms and Google Analytics preferred.
• Experience with SEO and Google Ads a plus.
• Demonstrated prioritization and multitasking abilities.
• Takes initiative and follows through until task completion.
• Effectively collaborates with multiple departments such as Graphic Design, Sales Managers, and other teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with WordPress and Adobe InDesign, or equivalent a plus.
• Valid passport with ability to travel domestically and internationally.
