What You'll Do Execute local marketing strategies to drive new patient growth and retention Manage social media presence and support online reputation management Plan and coordinate community outreach, events, and partnerships (schools, local organizations, etc.) Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and in-office experiences Track marketing performance and provide insights to improve results Assist with content creation including social media, emails, and office materials What You'll Bring 2–4+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, dental, or local business marketing Strong understanding of social media and local marketing strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Passion for creating positive, family-friendly experiences.
